A warning to Obama and Democrats?

Glenn Beck’s “Restoring Honor” rally in Washington Saturday could not have been an encouraging sign for Democrats and the Obama administration. The crowd was huge by any count – likely at least a couple hundred thousand people judging by aerial photos and the reported comments of some police officers – stretching from the Lincoln Memorial back to the Washington Monument. And far from being a gathering of self-proclaimed rabble rousers carrying offensive signs insulting of President Obama, as has often been the case with “tea party” rallies spurred on by Mr. Beck, it was mostly a heartfelt and largely nonpartisan expression of civic concern, patriotism, and religious faith.

  The Reverend Martin Luther KIng, Jr. was a man who had a dream. His dream of racial integration would change the way the world thinks forever. It takes a special person who can transmit this message, one who has the ability to reach people who speak many languages whether they are black, white, yellow; this was a person of ALL colors. No, he like Mr. Beck was not perfect, however he had the ability to communicate and dream…he also believed what he said, and told the truth whether we wanted to hear it or not. He was also honest, a person of integrity. These are worthwhile goals to live by and imitate. Remember one thing, when do true AMERICANS give up the American dream and quit? We must not allow a President who lies and lacks integrity to govern us. We have seen in less than two years what my friend in Singapore terms the US government as becoming and unrighteous government. It will become that if we continue to allow unrighteous men run the country.

Can't anyone see that this is a part of the "strong delusion" at the end of times before the great Tribulation. Glenn Beck is probably a very nice and decent guy but come on, a Mormon preaching to me about being more godly. A religion that denies the diety of Yeshua (Jesus) is not any place I would take advice from. These "unrighteous men" running our country? Ask yourself one question. Did you ever vote for even just one of them because they promised you a something for nothing campaign promise? We are all guilty. "'Brothers, what shall we do?' Peter said to them, 'Repent and and each one of you be baptized in the Name of Yeshua HaMashiach for forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.'" And pray that God will intervene for us.

I've seen this "swing" before. Reagan made it cool to be a Republican. Then we had a bunch of Republicans elected to Congress and the Senate, only to learn that they were RiNOs.

The point is that the pendulum swings back and forth between the Democrats and the Republicans, as though, that is where the meaning of politics is.

Under Bush (43) we learned that a Republican can spend as much money as any Democrat (at least up until Obama).

The Tea Parties' message is that America is fed up with politics and government as usual. We want honesty, integrity and purpose. We don't need or want all the legislation that Congress and the Senate can dish out. We want protection from our enemies and then to be left alone to live our lives under God.

Is any party promising that?

Seeing the ariel pictures sure told the story as to how many people back Glenn Beck. I think if all those that had wanted to be there and couldn't for one reason or another then Washington would have been shut down with so many people. It was a beautiful sight. We wish we could have made it. Obama is against everything this country stands for and what formed it. He's trying to make being a Christian a dirty word but we know it's not. It's an honor. Now I read that he's sicing the UN and NATO on us because we aren't bowing to his wishes. That really makes me feel bad for King Sr's niece. She put herself in trouble by being at the rally Glenn Beck had instead of being at her uncles get together. I don't know how many King Jr and Sharpton had at their rally but guess not many. They didn't want Kings niece speaking anyway so shouldn't mind her speaking at Becks. Beck spoke of God and the good things we should be doing. Sharpton was just throwing out insults and calling names to those that didn't bother with his rally. This from a 'preacher"?? Rather says he's no preacher.

I smile when i hear that 52% of Americans are going to the GOP because they agree on the ten important issues, including the war

in Iraq, the economy etc. But this is the same war 70% of the Americans were against under Republican President George Bush (43).

What happened to Paulson 700 billion last minute ballout? I think Republican should explain to the American people how did we fought

two wars without any financial accountability? And who got us in this Economic mess?.

So it is only when they are in the majority that they will be a Party of Yes?

Even if Obama and his critters pass a lot of garbage in the lame duck season, it can all be repealed! And if the new senate and house try to renig on this Americans can give them trouble just like we have been. Obama, go back to Kenya where you belong. They think you are great, we think you stink! We are a free people! We will not become your subjects! We WILL take back our borders, our jobs, our dignity and you won't have the ability to try to make our country like those to whom you bow to. Second thought process, how come we can't get Obama out of the White House, why will he not show his birth certificate, why wasn't the birth certificate among other legal papers not presented before he was allowed to run for president??? These thoughts are basic to all the happenings in the past two years. I have to think that all that money out there that he is now paying back, i.e., unions, etc. were the one's who did not want this information to become public knowledge. That way, they have their puppet in the big chair and can get passed any thing they want. It would appear that almost everyone has their price. Either that or families are being threatened, maybe both. Maybe I just have never been involved in politics like I now am but so much that has gone down, I have asked why isn't it being changed? What is wrong with America? It took some time but I believe I now have the answer to all these questions. I never realized how very deep the political evil extends. God be with us and give us the strength to fight this because, it isn't going away just because we the American people vote it all out. That has been proven. What Obama wants, he gets, by any means.

  I believe everything you say. As a 'good ol' boy from Arizona, I would like to see the old '1860s ' style of justice. Our politicians would see what it would be like to hang from a tree branch for stealing and deceiving the public. We need to take our country back. Our current system is a disgrace ,,, not just to the U.S. ,, but the whole world. They need to be shown that ..'We, the People ' will not tolerate their BS any longer. I've been a Republican since I was 10 years old, so, no, I did not vote for any of these Nimrods. I have NEVER voted for a Democrat, I don't care what they promised me, even "the whole world in exchange for my soul." Never believe a Democrat. You can tell when a Democrat is lying. It is when their lips are moving. And, no, I will not compromise with a Mormon, either.
