Obama administration prepares for possibility of new post-revolt Islamist regimes

The Obama administration is preparing for the prospect that Islamist governments will take hold in North Africa and the Middle East, acknowledging that the popular revolutions there will bring a more religious cast to the region's politics.

The administration is already taking steps to distinguish between various movements in the region that promote Islamic law in government. An internal assessment, ordered by the White House last month, identified large ideological differences between such movements as the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and al-Qaeda that will guide the U.S. approach to the region.

"We shouldn't be afraid of Islam in the politics of these countries," said a senior administration official, speaking on the condition of anonymity to describe internal policy deliberations. "It's the behavior of political parties and governments that we will judge them on, not their relationship with Islam."

It seems the administration and this president are the last ones to know what most average Americans have already figured out. The open and stated goals of Islam are not hidden from view. Anyone who can read and who does not rely on 30 second media sound bytes for their information source about world affairs already is aware of the history and aims of the Muslim Brotherhood and their desire to Islamize the west, either through stealth, political power, and, if warranted, jihad. However, this and prior administrations have dealt with Muslim nations and those which support terrorism as if reason will win the day. In the process of appeasing Muslim terrorist nations and supporters of jihad, we have been seen as weak and vulnerable. Islam, at its root, does not assimilate into the non Muslim culture, it merely takes the view of eventual domination. While desiring to enjoy freedom of religion in America, even many American born Muslims have demanded Sharia law be implemented here. We are about 10 years behind Europe. If one watches Europe, one will see the pattern that will develop here as well.

You people on here are ether muslims your selves or you dont really dont know whats really going on , and that maybe because there is a lot are govewrnment keeps from us. But people know this where in a religious "War" muslims have been infiltrating and sending spies in all are countries. To get in all are societies the first reason is to try and radicalize are own people, then they are infiltrating and try and change are government policies and use are own laws against us and if we let them establish sharia law. Muslim Brotherhood and their desire to Islamize the west, either through stealth, political power, and, if warranted, jihad. They want not just live amongst us but if we dont comply to there law they want us dead. There law demands that if a women strays and has sex with another man she must be stoned to Death, they cut peoples heads off that dont agree with them. They should be rounded up and shiped back to there home land where they should be isolated Until they can prove that there ready to join the rest of the civilized country . We need as a whole all are countries to come together and say no more, if you as a people cant, then we dont want you in are world !

An anonymous senior spokesman- for the Obama administration: anonymous just so we can't connect this absurdly clueless statement regarding the influence tha tIslam might have on the 'politics of these countries'.

The Muslim Brotherhood is at this moment at grass root levels in each of these gulf and north Africa states. where the MB has for years given aid in the form of food and medical clinics to the poor, none of whom has known the culture of democracy. These states are rooted in the faith of Islam and Sharia'h.. . ,,

I don't know whether these people are just clueless, or if they are being willfully ignorant.
