Sharia Court in India Orders Expulsion of Christians
The sharia court in Muslim-majority Kashmir has no constitutional or legal authority. But its recent verdict ordering the expulsion of five Christians from the troubled Indian side of Kashmir has sent alarm bells ringing among Christians in India.
Apart from ordering the expulsion of the Christians, the court also directed the government of Jammu and Kashmir to take over the management of the Christian missionary schools besides monitoring their activities.
Those ordered to be expelled include Father Jim Borst of the Dutch Mill Hill Missionaries, who has been based in Kashmir since 1963.
“This is much more than conversion. It is humiliating and certainly threatening for us,” Bishop Peter Celestine Elampassery of Jammu-Srinagar told the Register Jan. 27, reacting to the verdict.
Srinagar is the capital of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir, which is nestled in the Himalayas.

-MalikTousWe need to get used to it, it is coming. Their teachings are the exact opposite of GOD'S teachings. They teach that it is their right to force everybody to believe and worship their god, I just don't know who their god is, neither do I know who the ruling party is, other than Sharai or if Muslim and Sharia is the same or different., nor do I know how the ruling party got to be the ruling party. I do know it is their right tt lie to get what they want weather earned or not. To the Muslims it is the law, the oly law.

-GodisaliveFrom what I understand, the problem is calling out Sharia Law, specifically as not Constitutional. What they need to do is have the wording changed that all governmental laws, out American Law and our Constitution, be outlawed and ignored in ALL our courts. The problem is, most of our courts are Liberal is their standing, and reflect that in the tactic of 'political correctness'. But our courts, and laws, have been subject to corruption for centuries. It is part of the reason our jails are overflowing, and create even worse criminals. When you have jails giving law breakers, murderers, rapists, thieves and child molesters more rights than most retirement homes, our elderly, it should be obvious you've dropped the ball. Just another reason to enforce the laws, in the books, on judges, for restitution (including murderers executed right after found guilty of murder…their kids, their wives, their husbands, their parents…or strangers, etc)
