Being gay does not mean you are a pervert. Those are two different traits. The majority of gays are moral good people. There are plenty of hetrosexuals who are perverts- child porno, etc. Don't put that pervert label on just gays. The boy scouts need to learn the respect of differences.

All sin is 'natural' in a sense, because we are all sinners. Sin comes naturally to the human race because of the Fall. However, that doesn't make it right.

The Biblical Laws are absolute, but we had to wait until the Bible was completed, around 90 A.D., before we had the complete picture. Once the Bible was completed, we could then compare Scripture with Scripture to determine if any Old Testament Laws have been modified or rescinded. A contemporary example is the U.S. Constitution, which has been modified over the years by various Amendments.

The prohibition against homosexual behavior, just like the prohibition against murder, was never modified nor rescinded, so it remains just as valid today as it did at the time of Moses, but many of the dietary and other ceremonial Laws have been modified or rescinded with the coming of Christ. In other words, we have to compare OT laws with NT pronouncements before we can get a complete understanding of God's Law.

It's not the person that's "bad", it's their behavior that's bad. Everyone has their own particular sin problems, and while my sinful proclivities do not happen to include homosexual behavior, they are still sin problems I have to deal with. I recognize it as sin because the Bible indicates that it is. The problem with homosexual behavior is that those who practice it do not recognize it as a sin problem, but rather something to be celebrated, or they think it is just a natural behavior they are 'born with'. Except that the 'born that way' argument is simply a cop-out, but that is another whole can of worms.
