Evangelicals Rally Around Chick-fil-A

When Chick-fil-A Dan Cathy came out in support of traditional marriage as the union of one man and one woman, government officials from three cities said they would ban Chick-fil-A from opening restaurants in their municipalities.

Now, evangelical leaders are rising up to defend Cathy in the face of hate speech from homosexual activists. Charisma News previously reported Gov. Mike Huckabee’s Chick-fil-A Appreciation day, in which he encourages the masses to eat at Chick-fil-A on Aug. 1.

After Huckabee sounded the alarm, evangelicals began answering the call. Billy Graham, the American Family Association, Liberty Counsel, Judge Roy Moore and others are standing with Cathy and Chick-fil-A in the face of vicious attacks from same-sex marriage proponents.

Here’s how it started: As a guest on a syndicated radio talk show, Cathy said he supported the Biblical definition of marriage as one man and one woman.

“We are very much supportive of the family—the Biblical definition of the family unit,” Cathy said. “We are a family-owned business. …We want to do anything we possibly can to strengthen families. We are very much committed to that.”

My question comes from all of the cases of bigamy in the Bible. There are many examples and so I am trying to find out where the Bible says that a man should not have many wives.

          • Evermyrtle

            Check out

I Tim 3:2. A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober,of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach

I Tin 3:12 Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.
Titus 1:6 If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children, not accused of riot or unruly.

Do you have a problem with one wife.

          • http://twitter.com/BradNova Brad Nova

I do not have a problem with one wife, I am sure I couldn't handle any more.

You have shown me that the bible says a deacon can only have one wife.

          • LL

In the Bible bigamy and same sex marriages are different. There is no biblical justification for homosexuality,or same sex marriage.

          • Mark

You pose some good questions Brad. Genesis 2:19; and Matt 19:4-6 indicate that marriage is between a man and a woman and that the two are one. These verses also state that it is a man and a woman (singular). In the OT polygamy was practiced but that doesn't mean it was condoned by God. Silence is not necessarily an indication that God approves of something. For example Rehab the Harlot lied in Joshua 2:1-4 and she was not rebuked. David told Nathan that a man who stole his neighbor sheep should be put to death in 2 Samuel 12:1-4 (a crime not worthy of capital punishment in Jewish law) and yet he was not rebuked. Therefore just because polygamy is practiced and God is silent does not mean He approves of it. The clear teaching of the scriptures is one man and one woman constitute a marriage (See also Romans 7:1-2; 1 Cor 7:1-2).

In Regard to the 2 Samuel 12 passage concerning David receiving Saul's wives from God it doesn't say he married them or had sex with them. They were now David's property in a sense (that was the culture back then). Besides if David didn't take them as "property" how would they survive. Woman did not have the rights in that culture as they have today. Anyway I hope that clears things up. Also to my Christian friends let us remember that Jesus died for all of the world and desires all men to be saved and enter into a relationship with Him. Whatever a persons sexual preference we need to love our neighbor and demonstrate Christian love tot them.

Also read Romans 1 for reprobates or debased minded people who change their natural use for what is against nature. Men with men, likewise the Women committing what is shameful, burned in their lust for one another & receiving themselves the penalty of their error which was due.

          • Bill

A very simple truth: Everything God created, reproduces. The trees, animals, people, fish, and on and on.
Can two males or two females produce off spring?
            It's strange, their parents did.

          • Jeff Dixon

While human women cannot reproduce without a male, there are other animals on this world in which females do not need a male to reproduce. It is called parthenogenesis.
Parthenogenesis happens when an unfertilized egg produces an offspring.
According to MSN Encarta, the term “parthenogenesis” comes from Greek terms
            meaning “virgin creation.”

            Depending on the species, parthenogenesis
happens for different reasons. Some species that normally reproduce sexually
will sometimes reproduce asexually, either for lack of males, for population sex
control, or in some cases because of an abundance of resources.

            How the
cell division happens during reproduction in each species determines if the
resulting offspring from parthenogenesis will be an exact clone of the mother or
not. Parthenogenesis occurs in lower animals such as insects, and in only about
.1 percent of vertebrate species, according to Scientific American.

Illuminating. I think I will suggest Jeff for the Disarmament Treaty Committee, if there is one. (I am sure he will tell me. :)

          • contessadetroy

This is true, but, as you pointed out, such is not the case with humans, and therefore, is an invalid argument.

          • http://www.facebook.com/jeffrey.dixon.509 Jeffrey Dixon

It is not invalid at all. Bill asked if two females could reproduce. I showed that there are animals which do not need males to reproduce. He did not specify humans.

          • fort9erdon

Do worms qualify? A serious question, not being "cutsie".

          • http://www.facebook.com/jeffrey.dixon.509 Jeffrey Dixon

            Some do. Not all.

          • http://www.facebook.com/people/Andrew-Patton/592034163 Andrew Patton

In those cases, the one does not need another at all in order to reproduce. In no case among animals will you find two same-sex parents. Plants, on the other hand, are hermaphroditic.

          • http://www.facebook.com/jeffrey.dixon.509 Jeffrey Dixon

If there are two females and each have offspring by parthenogenesis, it fits the criteria Bill asked about.

      • doctor7

Certainly —- read Genesis 2:24-25 which was and is God's plan for marriage from before the fall into sin. And in Leviticus 18:22 and Leviticus 20:13, God tell sus that homosexuality and lesbianism is an abomination and those who commit that behavior should be put to death!

How come God gave David all of Saul's wives?

          • Evermyrtle

Maybe you can get in touch with GOD and ask HIM. If I want to know anything concerning I ask HIM in prayer to show me. Of course I never dared ask HIM about something that was none of my business. TTHAT IS ONLY THE BUSINESS OF GOD!!!

          • http://www.answersingenesis.org/ keyboardshark

Brad Nova says: "How come God gave David all of Saul's wives?"

Saul's wife was Ahinoam, the daughter of Ahimaaz (I Samuel 14:50)

I Samuel 25:43 says: "David also took Ahinoam of Jezreel; and they were also both of them his wives."

But this was while Saul was still alive and pursuing David, plus we do not know if it is the same Ahinoam, plus it does not say God gave her to David.

So unless you know some other verses that I'm overlooking, I don't see where "God gave David all of Saul's wives"

          • http://twitter.com/BradNova Brad Nova

Thus says the LORD God of Israel: 'I anointed you king over Israel, and I delivered you from the hand of Saul. I gave you your master's house and your master's wives into your keeping, and gave you the house of Israel and Judah. And if that had been too little, I also would have given you much more! Why have you despised the commandment of the LORD, to do evil in His sight? You have killed Uriah the Hittite with the sword; you have taken his wife to be your wife, and have killed him with the sword of the people of Ammon'"" (II Samuel 12:7-9).

          • http://www.answersingenesis.org/ keyboardshark

OK, I see what you are saying, that does imply that God gave him Saul's wives. At the time of I Samuel 14 David apparently had only two wives, Abigail and Ahinoam. It apparently doesn't mention the rest of the wives that came later by name because in II Samuel 5:13 it simply says, "
And David took him more concubines and wives out of Jerusalem, after he was come from Hebron: and there were yet sons and daughters born to David.
            "

It is still a little fuzzy because it only mentions Saul as having one wife, Ahinoam, that I can find, plus the passage you cited simply says he was given his master's (whom we can imply means Saul) wives into his keeping, which does not necessarily mean that David then took them as his wives. It could simply mean that since Saul was dead, and his wives (assuming there were other unnamed wives after Ahinoam) were dependent upon him, that David brought them under his care so that they would not be destitute.

I would have to conclude that while you do have a valid point, there are not enough details to know what kind of relationship David had to Saul's widows after Saul had died. We do not know if the "concubines and wives" David took "out of Jerusalem" included some widows of Saul's or not, and Nathan's message to David in II Samuel 12 leaves some doubt as to whether they became David's wives or he simply took care of them upon Saul's death.

5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?
6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder."

      • Bill

The Bible defines marriage from Genesis to Revelations.
Those who go against what the Bible says, are doing exactly what the Bible predicted thousands of years ago. So whether they believe the Bible or not, they are actually fulfilling scripture, and don't even know it.
They are also,(without knowing it),proving the validity of the Bible by their actions.
And for us believers, we say thank you!

      • TheTruthSpeaker

God condemned the act of homosexuality in the Mosaic law. Also, he destroyed Sodom because of that sin. In the New Testament, in the first chapter of Romans, you will see it condemned. That says pretty strongly that God did not mean for marriages between people of the same sex.

        • http://www.facebook.com/jeffrey.dixon.509 Jeffrey Dixon

I am proud of Chick-Fil-A for standing up for right. We live in an upside down world where people dont have much principle. For those who keep standing for right, we're proud of you.
God will bless you you are doing the right thing!.

    • nctar

I just got back from Chick-Fil-A, good lunch, fast and friendly service!

  • Jo

I wish Chick-fil-a was in our area, I'd be happy to support them for taking a stand in support of traditional marriage, and I don't eat meat! Time for all believers to stand up.

    • Sues

I eat chicken (feathers and fins/fowl and fish only), but don't frequent Chik-fil-A because it's too far up the road. But I am going to make the drive more often since this mayhem started. I am especially disgusted with the 'tolerate me, but I won't tolerate you' demeanor of the gay community. I've been tolerant for years, never cared a bit what goes on under anyone's sheets. But if you put ma in a situation where I am forced to make a choice, then I choose my lifestyle which is man and woman as a reproductive entity. Two of the same cannot reproduce.

      • Evermyrtle

I believe that is what is so bad about this issue. We leave everybody alone to believe as they please, but they will not change and are trying to force us to change. It won't work. The GOD who we believe in and are willing to stand strong for is the same one who created the world, the universe and everything in it and they are foolish enough to think they can make us change, IT WON'T HAPPEN .

AT THE END OF THE WORLD AS IT STANDS TODAY:

        Matt. 25;32-34
        32. And before HIM shall be gathered all nations: and He shall separate them one from anther, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats:
        33. And HE shall set the sheep on HIS right hand, but the goats on the left.
        34. Then shall the KING say unto them on HIS right hand, Come, you blessed of my FATHER, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

It is important to know the rest of the story, what occurs to those on the left but I cannot post that.

        • http://twitter.com/BradNova Brad Nova

Who is trying to force you to change? People pretty much leave me alone in my beliefs.

Then you are basically impotent…straddling the fence… not witnessing, nor living for God….not challenging nor care that your fellow neighbor doesn't even know if you are a Christian or not…. you are no different than a non believer.

“And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. 6 But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you."

          • Mys77

Hey Brad…..Jesus prayed out in the open and with his brothers and sisters… witnessing to others means praying with others, when their is a tragedy there is prayer… Taking this passage out of context is basically trying to manipulate the scripture to fit your idea…. not Gods. Feel sorry for you that you are afraid to be out in the open… As it is said…. if you are ashamed of the gospel of Christ and the one who died and saved you, then what does that say to Jesus???? Are you ashamed to stand up for Christ????

          • Stephen Geiger

Are you serious? Try expressing your belief that marriage was created for one man and one woman around homosexual groups. They have absolutely no tolerance for any belief other than their own as demonstrated by the hate speech toward Mr. Cathy. They are trying to force feed their perverted agenda on all of America and they are now trying to brainwash our children in their school classrooms. They will not be happy until everyone in the nation bows down to their sacred cow of homosexuality.

I never discuss them unless they do something idiotic. I don't even think about them. But when they do something inflammatory that actually infringes on peoples rights who don't believe the way they do, it is abominable. Then I have something to say.

          • http://www.facebook.com/jeffrey.dixon.509 Jeffrey Dixon

Really? Your pastor or church leader never talks about the sin of homosexuality?

          • Annie

If the pastor is a man of GOD he/she will proclaim GOD'S WORD concerning any "abomination of GOD" He will not pass over and leave alone any thing that GOD says is evil. they are there to help people to understand and live by HIS WORD, not to cover it up. We are all sinners and have to repent many times during our life time, but until we repent the sin is still on us. and will stay until we do repent. HIS BLOOD on the cross washed away our sins as long as we repent and strive to live according to HIS WORD.

          • http://www.facebook.com/jeffrey.dixon.509 Jeffrey Dixon

          • Evermyrtle

I don't even know any gay people, unless the hide it and I don't realize that is what they are. Am I bothering you? I do apologize. If you want to be gay that is not between you and me it between you and GOD and HE will take care of it in HIS time.

          • http://www.facebook.com/jeffrey.dixon.509 Jeffrey Dixon

Since I am not gay, it is hardly a concern. I merely stand up for the rights of people being trampled on.

I will support Chick-fil-A on aug 1. I also plan to begin curtailing my shopping at places that support Gay Rights in any way, shape or form. I haven't done that in the past but I object to a group ganging up on an individual who expresses his opinion. Although I have personal opinions about marriage and family I have not joined those who have chosen to blackball those companies that support those groups. As of today, that has changed. I am tired of people trying to take away our freedom of speech! And I'm sick of politicians who align themselves with certain groups to get a few votes. A government's threat to shut down or impede the establishment of commerce because a businessman expresses his constitutionally guaranteed freedom of having an opinion is tyrannical at best. Any government official acting in such manner should be reeducated in constitutional issues. If any actions are taken by any govenent official in attempting to violate the Cnstitution should be tried and found in contempt of it and removed from office.

I have never eaten at Chick-fil-A but our whole family will be going out of our way to eat there in the next few days. I believe the libs have shot themselves in the foot over this one. God will not be mocked and the libs are ignoring His way of life. As believers, we need to stay in touch with God through His Word and strengthen our Nation spiritually to glorify our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

Someone recently pointed out that what these mayors are doing is just how fascism works: Ideological intolerance promoted and enforced by government clout. If Christians don't move to the front lines of the culture war soon, the front lines will most certainly move to us. Think, evangelical Christians, Germany circa late 1920's. That's where we are now. And the new Nazis don't just want out of the closet. They want to toss US in there and throw away the key.

Getting a divorce "destroys God's holy union" – NOT gays wanting to get married.

There is no support for your case – it is just pure hateful homophobia. Sally Ride's partner for 17 years DOES NOT GET BENEFITS because of jerks like you and your antiquated baseless beliefs.

    • UF Gator

You are the hateful one Chris P. Do you ever see Christ as a superhero? If you did, reading of him in that light would change your idea of the people you denigrate in this forum.

I hope you join us in getting a Chick-fil-a meal on August 1. You will be in the company of some of your favorite people, the Evangelicals!

Have you ever eaten their food????? It is pretty bland.

          I have the recipe somewhere

        • UF Gator

          Here it is:
          QUOTE:
Want Chick Fil-A Taste Without The Controversy? There’s A Recipe For That
via The Consumerist by Chris Morran on 7/19/12

Lots of people love the taste of Chick fil-A chicken sandwiches. Not all of them are thrilled with some recent comments made by the company's president. For those who want the Chick fil-A taste without having to deal with the controversy — or maybe you just don't live near a Chick fil-A — someone has apparently cracked the code on the recipe.
Hilah at HilahCooking.com actually came up with her recipe a while back, before this latest round of headlines. But it's gaining attention again as some consumers want to forgo going to Chick fil-A without forgoing eating yummy chicken sandwiches.
          What you'll need:
          1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup pickle juice (Hilah recommends sour dill)
          1 egg
          1/4 cup milk
          1/2 cup flour
          1 tablespoon powdered sugar
          1/2 teaspoon paprika
          1/2 teaspoon salt
          1/4 teaspoon black pepper
          1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
          1/4 teaspoon celery salt
          1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Optional: up to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper for a spicy sandwich
Oil for frying (about a cup)
The full brining and cooking instructions are in the video below and at Hilahcooking.com.
We haven't had the chance to fry up one of these sandwiches, mostly because it's been prohibitively hot here. But we'd love to hear from people who have tried this recipe out to see how it compares to the real thing.

Things you can do from here:

          END OF QUOTE
Jeff, I recommend addind the optional cayeene pepper… the one I had was not bland. This does not look like a bland recipe. : )

Chris, you are correct that the widespread acceptance of no-fault divorce in the Christian world is a shameful blight on the church, and I, for one will publicly wear that shame. May God forgive and clense us of this sin. But two wrongs don't make a right. God hates divorce, especially the casual kind, but He also hates perversion, and homosexuality is most surely a gross perversion of God's created order and his purpose for making men and women. It was Adam and Eve. Not Adam and Steve.

  • Kent Perry

I keep praying for God to heal this land but the more this Nation defends queers over Christians, the more we slide down into a third world country. The more we let atheists and their gay allies have their way the more Science and Medicine gets held back and the lower the rankings of American students since they have got their vice grip on public education. I quit arguing with them, they are too lost in the delusion Romans speaks about. We need to do whats best and for their own good like we used to. If they don't like it,, TOO BAD, thats just TUFF. I don't like what this is doing to our country and what they are doing only makes it worse.

    • Crashaxe

What's it say? Luke 17:26 And just as it happened in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: and here again Matthew24:37 For the coming of the Son of Man will be just like the days of Noah.
If Were not living in those days now, then we sure are close.
I do know one thing for sure IT'S TIME FOR CHRISTIANS TO STAND UP! And stop counting on this rapture theory.

The utter hypocrisy of the liberal left is really on display here. They claim to be so "tolerant", yet when someone comes along with an idea that is different than 'their' idea, especially one that has Biblical foundations, they viciously attack and slander them. The left is OK with tolerance as long as you happen to agree with them. Sheesh.

    • Wordman

So true. For them the message of tolerance is a means to intolerance of all who dissagree with them. As I wrote below, they don't just want out of the closet, but now that they are out, they intend to put us in there and throw away the key.

This situation will turn out to be the greatest boost to Chick-Fil-a business across the USA. The American public will reward him for his firm stand in his moral religious belief. I have not been a customer in the past but you can bet I will be in the future.

Why aren't more evangelical church pastors and teachers speaking up? Are they afraid of being accused of "hate speech" or the threat of loss of 501C,etc. Where are those who are not afraid" to defend the faith once for all delivered to the saints"? Jude3

In 2008, the Evangelical Manifesto, signed by over seventy evangelicals leaders, stated: "We are firmly opposed to the imposition of theocracy on our pluralistic society." It continued with a call for the "expansion of our concerns beyond single-issue politics, such as abortion and gay marriage, and a fuller recognition of the comprehensive causes and concerns of the Gospel … engaging the global giants of conflict, racism, corruption, poverty, pandemic diseases, illiteracy, ignorance, and spiritual emptiness, by promoting reconciliation, encouraging ethical servant leadership, assisting the poor, caring for the sick, and educating the next generation."

Thank you for speaking out. Anyone who boycott's you works for the devil.

  • giley1

We the Christian people of OC CA fully support Chick-fil-A in having their Constitutional God given right to express their choice of traditional marriage as between a man and a woman.

  • Bill2b

Wonder how they (gays/homosexuals) would feel if some " government officials " said they would ban all gay/homosexual owned businesses…. Would LOVE to see that!

  • Mys77

God is pouring out his word and His people are witnessing the truth…. and the truth has power. The evil demons don't like it… which is why the vicious lies and hate is coming out through the mouthes of these people in leadership roles and in the media.

  • Wesley

it is interesting how the biggest preachers of tolerance are the most intolerant of views that are against what they believe. it is really none of my business what two people do in the privacy of their bedroom as long as it does not involve statutory rape, rape, or pedophilia.

  • Pat

LORD willing I will be celebrating my 73rd birthday on Aug. 1 at Chick-fil-a in Joplin,Mo. GOD has certainly blessed Mr. Cathy.

  • The Watchman

I don't particularly care for ChicfilA sandwiches, but on August 1st, I'm going to buy 2, one for my wife and one for me. It's time Christians took a stand, now is as good a time as any. This ridiculous thing should have never gotten this far in the first place. Are the idiot mayors of towns banning Chic filA restaurants sure that their constituents are in favor of their obvious bigotry against Christians?

  • fort9erdon

What this man's personal opinion is HIS business about the queers. How he handles his business, regarding the serving of queers, or hiring queers to work in his restaurants, may or may not be the purvue of the mayors. But, by taking the stance that they are, by advocating the prohibition of theses busineses in their cities, actually says, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE A PERSONAL OPINION, DIFFERENT THAN THESE 3 DEMOCRATIC MAYORS. If this man is denied ANY licenses to open businesses in these 3 cities, he needs to sue these 3 mayors , PERSONALLY! Not sue the cities, but sue these mayors PERSONALLY! And the lawsuits shout be at least in the 7 digit range of damages.

  • luzmark1

Would rather eat at Chick-Fil-A than Jack and Jack's out house.

  • USclosed4gd

The Bible tells us that marriage is between a man and woman in Matthew 19:3-9. The Lord says that man must leave father and mother to become one with a woman. He also tells us that divorce is not acceptable in the Lord's eyes, and that man is the one who invented this act for their own selfish interests. By the way, if all of the world became gay tomorrow, and only men joined with men, and women become joined with women, the human race would disappear of the face of the earth in a little over one hundred years, so even nature says this union is an abomination, nut just the Lord, our God. So, imagine that, if man becomes one with a woman, then mankind continues to exist, but if man becomes one with a man or woman becomes one with woman, then mankind dies off. So, Nature says this union is allowed or good for mankind, simple.

I have never really been a fan of chick filet even though I eat there on occasion, but from now own when I think chicken for lunch, Chick Filet will come to mind and pocketbook. I sincerely hope this backfires on all who were part of this heinous attack on this Christian establishment. You don't see this happening to Home Depot because they support gays. Any place where the mayor would refuse to have a christian owned restaurant deserves to go to the dogs, and I certainly wouldn't want to live there or have my kids in those schools.

  • http://www.facebook.com/craig.mayberry.1 Craig Mayberry

The homosexual community is telling us that our belief in traditional marriage must be punished as bigotry. Homosexuality is the outright in your face excruciatingly Godless contradiction of God's order and his creation. Homosexuality is the rejection of God by spitting in his face. The notion that it is a natural expression of human sexuality is a lie straight from Satan's lips to liberal ears. Homosexuality is a perversion that is destructive, debilitating and a substantial contributor to the dismantling of society. The idea that a direct contradictory challenge to the order of God's creation is right and following God's desires is wrong is an indicator of how close these people are to annihilation. God is just and fair and will not strive forever with mankind. The calmity, bitterness and death that this world is about to suffer is a direct result of these people's abhorrent behaviour and defiance. Wake up boys and girls for your destruction draweth nigh.

  • Washington22

This immediate, un -Amnerican reaction to Chick fil a is a prime example of liberals in elected positions. The nerve of them, the audacity, the sickening pompus atttitude that they have the right to deny any thought different than what they want, should show ALL Americans just what they have in Democrats. It was astounding. It proves that Godly principals are under attack, that Christian values and morals are spit upon. If this wasn't an eye opener, I don't know what is. Christians are scorned and if it weren't for the protections of the Constitution, we'd be wiped out. The liberal mind is contrary to us. They scorn Christians and will try to eradicate us with their policies.

Rather than passively accepting with benign apathy the
deprecating mockery and condescending disparagement of liberal,
pseudo-intellectual hypocrites, perhaps it’s time that we, the conservative
MAJORITY of this country, demand that our views are accorded the same respect,
tolerance and consideration as those afforded of the left, anathematic,
loathsome and unpalatable as they are to us.
The liberal left, aided and abetted by a sympathetic, co-conspiring,
collusive media whose purported apolitical, non-partisan indifference is as
illusory as it is chimerical, have adopted the methods of Hitler’s Nazi party
and Stalin’s KGB (i.e., technology and intimidation) with unhesitating vigor
and ruthless efficiency to quash dissent and censure the free expression of all
ideas and personal beliefs that run contrary to their own. So much for diversity’s embracement by the
noble, open-minded plutocrats of that erstwhile protector of individual
liberties, the Democratic Party. The adept exploitation of emerging technology,
including the use of social media networks such as Facebook and Twitter,
coupled with ideologically sympathetic, quasi-news organs such as MSNBC and CNN
which feebly masquerade as unimpeachable pillars of unbiased, agenda-less
journalism, has allowed Democrats to make their collective voice seem louder
and their numbers appear greater than they really are, leading to self-doubt,
reconsideration and even acquiescence by less-resolute conservatives. Their unscrupulous, shameful application of
both psychological and physical intimidation tactics, bordering on strong-arm
thuggery at best and mob violence at worst, reflects a depth of moral depravity
and lack of individual accountability seldom seen since the riotous,
blood-thirsty days when the guillotine reigned supreme in revolutionary
France. The time has come to stand up to
this rabble of over-amplified, excessively accommodated miscreants, malcontents
and malefactors who, under the guise of “enlightenment” and “social evolution”
seek nothing less than the complete disintegration of our national values. We
start by taking a page from Chapter 1 of the liberal playbook: we organize. The conservative party at present is composed
of millions of individuals. Though we
share a common ideology and ethos, unlike Democrats who willingly subordinate
themselves to the mindless collective, we Republicans are nevertheless
    autonomous, disparate, sentient individuals.
We must overcome the inherent limitations of our own natural conditions
and coalesce into a galvanized force of irresistible political will. Secondly, we employ the very means that makes
Democrats seem, fallaciously, more numerous than they really are: technology. Whenever a liberal makes a
fatuous statement, as Chicago’s Rahm “Twinkle Toes” Emanuel or Boston’s Thomas “Mumbles”
Menino did in their excoriations of Chic Fil A last week, we need to take to
technology and drown them in a veritable monsoon of over-the-top emotive
hyperbole, just as they do to us, until they literally choke on their own
    contemptible bile.

When I go to a place to eat a meal I do not worry about what they believe, I do not consider it my business, unless it may possibly be of some help is getting a fact, that they may need and ask, my opinion. Otherwise, I eat and leave them alone with whatever they believe. Your religion Christian or otherwise, is private and should be left alone. Whoever the business belongs to, has a right to whatever he believes. I think sky divers are idiots but I do not accost them, not even my son who is a sky diver. He is past 21 and able to make decisions without my interfering. Of course, I will tell him, what I think if he wants to know, Oh yes, he does know how I feel, but I do not bother him about it.
