It did happen, long ago, when there were few or no doctors to assist in birthing babies. In fact I am in the upper 10% of the oldest citizens in the USA, and have never known one woman, personally who died in childbirth. It very seldom happens and it is not our right to decide which person died,mother or child. You must either hava very warped mind or come from a very bad world to think that there is more than .0001% of pregnant girls are the result of a girl being raped by her father.
