Duck Dynasty cast strong in Christian faith

The Robertson’s, Louisiana’s entertaining outdoor family, and America’s favorite bearded millionaires proved on season 1 that Duck Dynasty was going to be a solid main stay. The good news for loyal viewers is that season 2 will begin airing on Wednesday October 10 with back-to-back premieres. Having lured in 2.6 million viewers last season, it is safe to say that the Robertson’s are becoming a staple in reality TV.

While they have a faithful following that surrounds their duck calls, they remain faithful in someone too: Jesus Christ.

It’s been long known that Hollywood, and today’s pop culture media doesn’t readily acknowledge the Christian faith. The Robertson’s want to always encourage others to come to salvation in Jesus Christ, but reportedly the show’s producers find this defining component of the Robertson’s character to be a storyline that they shy away from. It is so refreshing to hear that there are still people who will stand up for our GOD AND SAVIOR in spite of all the anti-GOD opinions that will be thrown at them. Even, many times the Christian element will not support them, afraid of who they may offend. What I do not understand is that people do not worry about behavior offending others that is anti-GOD behavior. I believe that is what has happened to America that has put into this mess, people who know better but will not stand up for what they know is right, ashamed to be thought Christian.

I am so happy to know that we still have families like this in our country, some who will stand up for the ONE who stands up for us, protects us, gives us all things that we need, never fails us, even thought we so much deserve that HE give up on us.

I do wonder if anybody else even read this article about these beautiful, wonderful GOD loving people.
