Media silent on torture of Christian children

The West sighed in relief when Rimsha Masih, the 14-year-old Christian girl arrested in Pakistan on August 16 for allegedly burning pages of the Quran, was finally released. Yet the West remains clueless concerning the graphic abuses—including rape and murder—Christian children in Pakistan routinely suffer, simply for being Christian. Consider two stories alone, both of which occurred at the same time Rimsha’s blasphemy ordeal was making headlines around the world.

On August 14, another Christian girl, 12-year-old Muqadas Kainat (which means “Holy Universe”) was ambushed in a field near her home in Sahawil by five Muslim men who “gang raped and murdered” her. At the time, her father was at a hospital visiting her sick mother. He and other family members began a frantic search, until a tip led them to the field where his daughter’s body lay. The postmortem revealed that she had been “gang raped and later strangled to death by five men.” Police, as usual, did not arrest anyone. As a Salem News report puts it, “Complicating matters is the fact that several Christian girls in this remote area have been raped and forced to both marry into the Muslim community and abandon their own religion, human rights groups report. … [T]here is a history in this part of Pakistan according to the Christian community, of local authorities failing to investigate cases of rape or other violence against Christians, often for fear of influential Muslims or militants.”

If Christians were teaching the Word of God in their homes and in their churches so believers knew how to live the spiritual way of life then Christianity would overtake the world for our Lord. Maybe I'm a "conspiracy theorist" but, Obama will try as much fraud as necessary to get elected. If he is not it is likely he will call on the "Ocupy"moement to riot so that he can institute martial law and make himself dictator. Charles Krauthammer had it right when he said that Obama is a supreme narcisist and wants to be "President of the world." If you check out the Book of Revelation you will find that this is the "Antichrist," although that word isn't used.

Shame on the American Media. The failure to protect anone, because of their religious beliefs alone, is a crime, in itself. This is another thing that the media is failing to expose. Are they affraid of the retaliation of these terrorists? Or, are they affraid that such news may put Obama in a predicument with his support of Islam and lack of stand against the Muslim Brotherhood members and supporters within his own administration? Either way, this is another example of the Media failinig to meet their responsibility that goes with their Freedom under the First Amendment.

There needs to be an installation of a constitutional republic, where the individual is respected no matter his or her religion (let religion even be held — if not secret — then at least close to home — no impingement at all on a neighbor is the point) and let all the people resolve to support, uphold and/or enforce the law of the constitutional republic.Consider: As the law is enforced, just a very few times, this could never happen again, unless of course a psychotic sex offender comes along, the latter of course possible in any population. Actually, nothing new here. It's the way our country is set up by the founders.

    I really do believe that the Rapture of the Church is very near. I believe this to be especially true if obama were to win the election. I believe that his actions have brought the world to the brink of the Rapture. I also feel that unless the Lord comes in the clouds soon, we who are Christians in the US will face outright persecution. Actually, it has already begun and will probably greatly increase.
    The "upside" of all of this is the fact that persecution always helps to purge the church, and there is no denying the fact that the church in the US needs purging.
