The Old Testament of the Bible was written as a Jewish book. Nearly all Christians revere the Old Testament and are distraught when Israel is not supported by our government or even other Christians. Should Christians support Israel? Does the Bible insist Christians support Israel? Has the Christian church replaced Israel as God’s chosen people?
The Old Testament is very clear that Israel was God’s chosen people and that He promised them a homeland. Israel has every right to defend itself against any and all enemies.
Christians who believe in the authority of scripture are compelled to support the Jewish right to a homeland.
